Peru Balsam Essential Oil
Purchased October 2007
Use: Indicated to benefit chaffed skin and to help scabbies, rough heels, and hands.
Smell: Musty fantasy: interest, but not sparkle. An incomplete scent in itself, yet I think it is a lovely base or middle tone.
Origin: Balsam is a pathological product harvested from older trees.
Personal Uses so far:
Hair- a few drops as a conditioner-note: since I think it is an incomplete scent, I used several other essential oils for my conditioner. Just don't use too many and create a scent stew.
Lip Balm- you will find this in my cherry-flavored lip balm-I'm pleased with the slightly floral addition it provides..

Sounds like a neat oil. Have you come up with more scent combinations since we were up there?
